Finalyxprep — Terms of Service

To use Finalyxprep you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — Finalyxprep never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.

Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. Finalyxprep may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

You agree to use Finalyxprep lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

The Service is offered “as is” and is meant to support your preparation, not to guarantee results. Although we maintain the content carefully, Finalyxprep does not warrant any particular outcome, uninterrupted access, or that everything is free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Finalyxprep disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages connected with your use of the Service, while preserving any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by Finalyxprep or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.

Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
